The Challenge
Enterprise HR operations involved complex leave, expense, appraisal, and approval processes while needing to work with an existing SAP-integrated HRMS.
The Approach
Developed automated leave and expense-management workflows, KPI/appraisal systems, financial PDF reporting, and REST APIs for mobile applications while maintaining and supporting production HRMS deployments.
